Community Work Day

We will start at 9:00am and work until the projects are completed (projects will be 1-2.5 hours).

Home Repair

⎕ Paint Foundation
⎕ Porch Repair
⎕ Handrails ⎕ Steps
⎕ Fence Repair (if wood)
⎕ Gutter Cleaning (for one story homes)

Lunch is served at 12:00pm

The experience of bringing back an area of a neighborhood just by doing our small part here at NLCI Property Management by cutting lawns and pressure washing houses to mulching and trimming was awesome. We saw first hand how donating our time and resources made a difference and helped bring a sense of pride to the homeowners in their homes, plus the entire street. If anyone has a chance to be part of these events in the future, I highly encourage it. We get out of life what we give!
